As CEO for ALT TAB Consulting, R J Bharat Pavan aka Tom Hagen leads the Global Strategy and Services Portfolio Development for IT & BPO Services and its wide range of document management services, to customer services and professional services. In this role, he ensures that ALT TAB Consulting offerings reflect market trends and customer needs, and he is also responsible for the Company’s long-term Strategic Planning and Strategic Partnerships, his responsibility for a variety of Key Strategic Marketing Initiatives for the Company including the development of marketing programs for outsourcing group as well as targeted vertical marketing.
RJ has over 16 years of experience spreads across excellent mix of industries serving globally as a Sales Manager and as an Entrepreneur. RJ strengths lie in entrepreneurship, development and implementation of business growth strategies, operations and business excellence. For a large part of working life, he was engaged in Technology & BPO driven projects. Every assignment he handled was approached innovatively and diligently and delivered within tight timelines. As a professional, RJ has over the years started and managed various businesses and has been a pioneer of the Outsourcing industry. He has leveraged technology to transform businesses and to create new opportunities for business growth.

As Chief Operating Officer, Kavita is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role, Kavita streamlines Vendor Relations and Procurement with overall responsibility for all aspects of safe, reliable and efficient operations throughout ALT TAB network.
With a background in Science and Master Degree in Business Administration and Foreign Trade, Kavita’s career span includes a rich experience of more than 10 years in BPO and KPO sector involving strategic development and planning, market research analysis, driving best practices in customer retention.
A recognized and proven expert in aligning operational execution for competitive advantage, she has been instrumental in driving industry standards.
Vp – Sales Enablement
As Vice President – Sales Enablement, Balaji is responsible for driving Revenue Acceleration. He manages a high-performance team focused on the enablement program and automation tool strategy, creation of roadmap and delivery aligned with sales process, sales motions and best practices.
He has over 20+ years of expertise in developing and leading global sales enablement strategies with specific focus on building Sales | Marketing Offshore centre of excellence.
He is responsible for all Marketing activities including strategic planning, branding and all communication across offline and online platforms to drive sales effectiveness and revenue generation.
Balaji, in his role will handle GTM Strategy, Product Planning, Brand Communication, CRM and Social Media initiatives.
Vp – Hr & Rpo Services
As VP – HR & RPO Services, Francis Powell leads Talent Management Group, Organisational Development & provides Strategic Leadership in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Career Development.
Francis believes in connecting people and technology to simplify business processes thereby making them simpler and faster using suitable management intelligence which delivers key decisions on time. He has more than 18 years of working experience in the areas of Service Delivery, Talent and Performance Management, Leadership Development, IT Solution & Security. His experience includes partnering with business leaders to shape strategy, build strong leadership pipelines and drive high performance through talent.
Francis served as Global Service Delivery Leader for IBM in his last role. He has worked with GE Capital, Accenture, Tesco catering to Banking, Telecom, Retail Industries working with Clients , managing high performance teams, in GSD models.
Francis holds a Bachelors of Science & Certification in Management from IIM Bangalore.
